Re install it. If it doesnt work. Try uninstalling gta sa,sa-mp. Delete the folder. Go install gta sa then sa-mp. If it still dont work, Uninstall gta sa and sa-mp install it on another directory (instead of admin/program files/rockstar games/gta, Try installing it at admin/program file/gta
