Why didn't work OnGameModeExit function correctly? - zzz2009 - 11.11.2014

It was worked fine When OS was Windows XP. That call OnGameModeExit function first When X button press or system shutting down.
But since Windows Vista OS OnGameModeExit function did not work properly. It can call only "gmx" or "exit" command.

Why samp developers does not fix this issue? This problem is very fatal for MySQL account system.

I use Windows 7 OS. Is there a way to fix this problem? Without even a temporary way, please improve this problem soon.
