I dont need powerful shit like Titans, but something decent so I can run more games,etc..
Also, is this a HDD or something else?

Your GPU will most likely get ditched in years to come. Get a R9 270x at least, you'll be running Inquisition's recommended requirements.
btw, is it just me that I've never heard of 7GB ram? :P

Ditch that video card so far as I can tell. Other than that doesn't seem too bad.
That is a 750GB hard drive you are referring to at the bottom of your post. Also...is the video/GPU integrated and using system memory (noticed 7GB out of 8GB and video uses 768MB so the math almost works out)

I don't know. Is there any lag that bothers you while you play? If yes, then go ahead and upgrade GPU... Mostly everything nowdays are running on GPU, even the Adobe Premiere Pro. So yeah...
