NPC check wall/building - qmnty - 06.11.2014

How to make every NPC check if passing through a wall or building .

and after it the NPC to find another way to get past it.

I want every NPC can not penetrate any walls or buildings around .

is there a tutorial script that I can use or using a plugin ?
