Create a new moneda samp - RedSamp - 02.11.2014

Hello everyone, as the title says , I would like to help me and tell me how to create the function to create a new currency samp , I have and an textdraw which is located on the money samp , and another thing , I want that when the player I have $ 0 (no silver) so that this $ 00000000 , not $ 0 as well .
