It's probably because you're connecting to MySQL with Root. Make a new MySQL Account, and use that. Please.

EDIT #1:
I know saying that not using Root is the cause, but it was for me for some odd reason. A friend and I were figuring it out, we could use root to access the database via phpmyadmin. But we had to make a new MySQL account for the SA-MP server.. Besides, you shouldn't use root anyways.

The problem was that i need to put Host: localhost, instead of ip.. and now it is fixed

Just for the record, using the root account doesnt make you more prone to bugs or security risks. One just has to make sure that the code doesnt "support" sql injection and that the password is strong enough to withstand a bruteforce.

Give me one reason not to use the root account on a homehost server when it is password protected. We are not talking a web-based server. We are talking a homehost on 127.0.0.1 that is used for testing purposes. Not to mention most routers need portforwarding to allow external access. Where is the risk?
