I think he means getting the time of someone's location.

Example: The server time is at 00:00, and at GMT + 2. If someone is to play from the UK he would want to get that time zone somehow and make it work.

By the way, I don't know an accurate solution but I would check the IP location somehow, perhaps using an existing plugin and then determine with that where they are from and then get the time zone.

Yea that's what I meant.

OP: You can use that sort of tool to determine the location of the player and then use the time zones that you can easily find on ******.
