Annoyng problem - Xandelee - 01.11.2014

My server keeps dropping the players, they're playing normally then suddenly the ping goes to 3k~4k for some seconds, people starts to get dropped by the server and then reconect after. Sometimes it happens 3 times in a row or like 10 in 10 mins or sometimes 3-4 times per hour.

1-I believe is not a hosting problem, i've changed the host to check.
2-Both hosts said is not an attack coming from outside the server, they said its coming from "inside" it.
3-I've tried Anti-Bot..anti silent bot (or whatever) scripts, messageholimit, minconectiontime, anti player shoot bugger (the new one) nothing seems to solve the problem, and the last hoster told me it's not only me wich is having this problem other server owners are having the same issue.
4-The server does not crash, it keeps running normally. all the cars keep their last position...

I'm believing it might be some vulnerability some hack found in the rak net stuff or samp like in the 0.3e or x when a program was made wich crashed the target servers with just one click then an patch was released thar invalidated it... or i don't know but that's taking my patient off
Or im missing something in the scripts? I've running this server for 2 years and i haven't made any Drastical changes to the gamemode scripts since this started so i don't know what's the problem please help

Are you using a paid or a free host? Free hosts are mostly unstable.

Paid host.
If more people are having this, post here maybe we get some attention to fixing that

Please patch SA-MP kalcor, im seeing more people with this problem

Someone with this problem managed to fix it?
