If you talking about scripting a whole new script that will be hard to explain and i am sure no one will even try to script for you unless you pay, but dont worry there is already a released organization script which you can use its easy to use just CLICK HERE

"ZCMD" isn't enough information. What gamemode are you using? A custom scripted one, or one such as Grand Larceny? Are you talking about teams?
