I'm looking for what hosting company has bought that IP with their server at OVH.

Some person is impersonating me and I need to contact the host, if anybody could inform me of what host it is, I'd be appreciative.

Are you even serious? Assuming someone's identity to gain (financial) benefits can be classified as identity theft, which is a crime.
