I know the note says that the stunts money will affect this. Can somebody teach me on how to bypass this?

No. I mean I will use the serverside anti money cheat and make the stunts shit still enabled.

no its impossible !
because stunt bonus is client side and you have server side money !
in that thread Norn Noticed:
* This will not work with clientside features, etc stunt bonuses, sprunk machines and burger shot, they will just be able to purchase stuff for free.
