About portwarding - Adornil - 27.10.2014
i have open firewall and select new rules than select port and next than i type my port 7777 than after complete all setp and give him name samp than again open new rules than it's like first rule but it have two change 1. is we select port selection is d 2. is the name was it samp1 than finish than i porforwarding my server than i copy my ip from www.whatismyip.com and add in samp than he was offline why

You never mentioned you ran samp-server.exe.. I hope you did. If you did then you need to go to the corresponding tutorial on portforward.com and find the full tutorial on how to do it. Otherwise you've not got much of a hope.

There are a lot of port forwarding tutorials on the forums, search for them and try again.
