Please Help me My Server Not Stating [PLUGINS AND GAMEMODE NOT LOADING]

I HAVE LATEST PLUGINS + INCLUDES = COMPILED
I HAVE PUT .so After Plugins name in Server.cfg
I am Loading Latest Linux Plugins.
Its Working in Home Host/OFFLINE [IN WINDOWS]

How do you have PLUGINS,INCLUDES compiled?
