Gwello i get e vps. When i bought it. It was said somewhere Hosted Tab.
And i hosted it My server is in Internet But idk how to add it in hosted tab now from vps ?

You have to purchase a Hosted Tab listing from an authorized reseller. I'm sure if you look around you'll find one pretty quick.

List of Server Hosts (that maybe have Hosting Tab)
And by the way your server is on internet tab after you "RUN server with announce 1 on server.cfg".

I guess by "authorised" he means those who also host the servers that they are putting on the hosted tab - as that is part of the terms and conditions as far as I know.
