Server still offline - MORJAN5566 - 24.10.2014

hi when i start my server it still offline and in server logs type Server shuting down so i add CrashDetect plugin and find this error:

Are there any errors in the GTADM.pwn script when you compile?

Happened to me, just re-portforward. Should work.
