i make my own server to type all instruction can be give in server.cfg than i open samp server than i go to cmd and type ipconfig and select my IP address than add it in samp he is working but than i give my friends my ip its not work in my friends computer why

realize if you open the ports on your router or firewall is blocking so your friend can not come
