Help me please - Uh - 23.10.2014

Hey guys
Every fucking day i get a fucking problem Example:Yesterday most of the countires couldnt connect and my PB drobed from 40+ to 25-35
Today:i had 35player then bang Pepole started to lag then the server became with 24 player but they started to become less and less and every fucking day i get a fucking problem so any suggestions how i can build my Playerbase back?
and this fucking problems happen with everyone or its just me? im fucking working my ass hard to keep this server up and running and every fucking day something goes wrong? so it happens to everybody or just me

What host are you using and could you provide the IP?
