The one good answers website for programming related questions is StackOverflow. However, be warned: this site is mainly used by professional programmers and they're not too keen on script kiddies who have barely any idea what they're doing. They also don't appreciate posts in broken English, or posts riddled with chat language like "u" instead of "you". Why is it so damn hard to write two extra letters?

Thank you Jantjuh and iFarbood for your
great answers.
The answer the OP was looking for is:
sitepoint.com (whole community at the forums)
laracasts.com (video tutorials)
tutsplus.com
and of course, if you have a specific problem you can go to stackoverflow as mentioned by Vince, but first search on the site/****** because many problems have been solved before.
