[Request] Headshot System - IA - 17.10.2014

can i have headshot system with *Command* ( Only Rcon admin can active it )
and it will show message " The Admin(Name of the Admin) Have Been Activated The HeadShot System ( color red )

Turn ON - The Admin(Name of the Admin) Have Been Activated The HeadShot System

Turn OFF - The Admin(Name of the Admin) Have Been Canceled The HeadShot System

and Headshot working with all Weapons.
and if someone shot someones head it will show /ann ( Big Text ) HEADSHOT

Search, There are a lot of Head shot systems, And this is not the script request place.
