Well, I wanna know how to reach points on this forums for example to post in some sections that i cant

If you mean reputation points, post helpful topics, post scripts, assist other users and be a great member. Sooner or later you will start to receive reputation points. I will start you out with some rep to help.

my friend is trying to give me one reputation point and it doesnt work

Get more posts to give rep and also try earn some rep by helping and assist others there is limit number for posts to give out rep.

As stated, reputations is what you receive for helping and assisting other members within the community and in return, you'll be given a perk which is the ability to post an advertisement for your server.
