[Question] Object ID Lights - tony_fitto - 16.10.2014

Hello,

I'm trying to make a map for my server where there is lights and stuff, however I'm trying to make a strobe light system for it and I cant really find the last object ID I'm looking for. I so a video on ******* that had it which I will link right here so if anyone has a clue what object it is their using in the background that is blinking like a strobe light it would be really helpful.
