[Help] My server lag with people install troll server crash into - iuanhne123 - 16.10.2014

My server use linux and run 0.3z R4

Have anti ddos but now someone join the server walking around make my server lag ( like bullet crasher before) but people near the place like Mall , Gym or somewhere got lag deply ... I try to teleport myself to LV but dont have lag just around the place LS or SF

I know someone have cleocheat destroy my server , i need you all help me for anti

I hope you all answer , thanks for reading my topic and sorry my bad english
