Clean new GTA folder - SAMP still crashes - Hudsonn - 10.10.2014

I've just reinstalled GTA and installed SAMP again and when I'm on the loadings screen it just crashes.

HEre's the opcode I get:

Did you downgrade your GTA SA?

I used those instructions and it didn't work.

anyway, I downloaded a new GTA_SA file and it started working. Thanks for all your help though.

When is the problem?

If its on the loading page where the loading bar stops half way, Right-Click > Properties > Compatibility > Tick the Run this program in compatibility mode for: > Select Windows 98/Windows Me > Then set to run as a Administrator.
