Player joins and my server crashes? - clausfromsamp - 10.10.2014

Hello everyone, I have a prob with a player.
He joins 2-3 times per day, with different vpns, and when he spawns my server crashes.

I don't use any protection, and I never edited something in server config or other.

What can I do?

I assume other players can join fine...its just this guy that magically seems to crash it?

Whats in the server log when it does crash? Assume you're not using crashdetect?

And wear protection man. Surprise babies are EXPENSIVE

server restart them. You gamemode plugin error
