Hey guys, when i put one train in each track they appear both on the first train track! How can u put on on each?

Only one track is supported because the other track is unfinished and runs straight through objects.

This glitch occurred previous to 0.3. You might have seen videos of this on SA-MP in 0.2 or below, how-ever this bug has been eliminated since and is no longer usable without physically modifying SA-MP itself.
