Problem in connection - Gesmo - 08.10.2014

I have samp server, I live in Ukraine. I know English is not very good, because I use a translator.
My players have a problem, they have high ping and they can not go to the server (I think).
Here's the problem description:
I go in the game, is connect to IP, then join the game, and almost immediately after accession to the game appears a message "server closed the connection", then I used reconnect, the same thing happened, then again took advantage, knocked posts so I waited 15 seconds, I waited and knocked post coming Connect to the server and immediately message "server closed the connecticon"
