Guys i Can Add Bikes From Gta iv like this bikes graphics
not little graphics likes every things from sa low graphics
i can add somthings from gta iv to gta sa or cant to gta iv high graphics
please help if u know

I don't fully understand your question? You can convert GTA IV models to San Andreas Models... If this is what you mean I can link you to software.
If you mean can it look as good as it does in GTA IV, no as GTA IV runs on a newer engine.
If you mean can I make shiny look up ENB Series.

i want know i can add bikes graphics gta iv to sa
to gta iv the graphics its very good and sa sucks

He meant the same bike mod looks good in GTA IV but shitty in SA. He's asking if he can rename the .wtd file in GTA IV .img to .dff and transfer into SA.
Obviously you can't, SA graphics are older than GTA IV so it would look better in IV. If you want the better thing go ahead and play GTA IV.
