when i am trying to do portforward then when i open sa-mp server.exe then it shows can you say me how to fix this problem please

You need to download MSVCR100,dll to your PC.

You have to install the XAMP and run it , and

Start the mysql so you can open your server , then run apache to manage your datebase

do NOT download any DLL fixer, that's stupid in my mind.

In perspective, downloading just a DLL is like having a car that's missing the transmission, so you buy a driveshaft only, and think it will work.

You're missing the visual C++ redistributable. Download it from microsoft's website, either in 64 or 32(x86)bit, depending on your os version.

if you downloaded any DLLs, try to remove them, because the redistributable will NOT work if you've already copied over dll files.

I got the same problem and i fixed it with no dll file i just downloaded XAMP and started mysql and all work good.
