Crashing when pressing "Connect" - Mriss - 05.10.2014

I recently installed mods and my GTA SA Started crashing whilst ingame.
So I decided to reinstall my GTA and SAMP and now when i press the connect button I get this - SA:MP An exception occurred.

No, I do not have any mods installed, and i have tried reinstalling SA and restarting my computer.

fixed by deleting gta_sa.set
