How to add different pictures in TextDraws? - PMH - 04.10.2014

The picture in the above topic is just an example but in many servers, I've seen there are textdraws with totally new pictures which, for one I did not find in .txd files.
How do they add those pictures? Please someone explain that to me in detail, I would appreciate it.. thank you.
