Why is there sscanf2 and foreach included when it's not even used? And I guess enabled and disabled are supposed to be per-player. You should also consider doing some additional checks under OnPlayerWeaponShot and keep it only for certain weapons with low fire rates otherwise this can be abused a lot.

Instead of instructing or dictating, try advising and suggesting. However, I just forgot to remove those lines nothing major, and probably will bring out an update soon with that in mind.
