Y_ini saving doesn't work on my Windows Server 2012 - AndySedeyn - 02.10.2014

Hello, I'm experiencing a problem with my INI saving system.

I used another gamemode which used a different saving and that did work.
Why isn't Y_ini working on it? I've used my gamemode and another one with the same saving system. I've also created a simple login/register and even that didn't work.
The server's running on Windows Server 2012, all my plugins are there, all my scriptfiles are there.

NOTE: when a player connects, the file is being created but nothing is written in it after he disconnects.
My script is correct since it worked on my localserver.

Does someone know how to solve this, if possible, that is.
