Question about the 0.3z and 0.3z R4 - Webghost - 13.09.2014

Lately i've been dealing a lot with these Car warp guys, entering a hydra and then towing all the vehicles away with em as they fly.

Is the 0.3z R4 update supposed to fix those kind of hacks?

Quote from the 0.3z R4 update:
SA-MP 0.3z R4 server

We received some reports that players might be able to use the vehicle trailer syncing in order to move vehicles around on the server without being in control of them.

- Additional sanity checks have been added to the trailer validation on the server.

Yes. If I'm not wrong, 0.3z R4 was mainly released due to the trailer sync exploit.
