Hellow im looking for a kinda Cheap Windows Vortex host to Host Vbulletin forums and an RP script which is near to the NGRP script - so im gonna need MySQL database and windows host

Window host = winity.io you could also install vbulletin on it
NGRP script is illegal.

not ngrp script - another script , the format is similar to NGRP but mine is different
