PLEASE HELP!! RCON Client App closes itself when the server connects? - CommanderDEATH - 13.09.2014

This is my own server by the way. Its the East Coats Role-play server script I downloaded from SA-MP.com (because I was having trouble making my own game-mode), I double click samp-server.exe and the RCON batch file comes up and loads successfully, when I get into the game it connects and everything but then after a bit (still on the load screen) it says "Lost connection to the server. Reconnecting..." then underneath "The server is restarting" and under that line "Connecting to MY IP ADDRESS". I have worked from 8 error down to 4 warnings and then finally a completely clean error and warning-free script. So when I tried to connect to it with SA-MP 0.3z it didn't work, that is why I am using SA-MP 0.3x-R1. My server got the closest to connecting when I used 0.3x but now this is happening, the RCON client closes when I try to connect and that causes "The server is restarting". So, how can I stop the RCON client from closing. Please help if you can, thanks! Please look at the pictures.
