attaching a camera to a vehicle, without moving possibility - HeLiOn_PrImE - 12.09.2014

So the title says it all. I want to attach the camera to a vehicle, but I don't want the players to be able to control it. Just like the 1st person view from the vehicle, the camera should stay pointed according to the vehicle's facing direction. Is that possible?
