Agreed - some do. Also marketing-wise this is a really bad decision since they're limiting their advertising range for basically no reason. (people won't go out and buy Mac's/iTV's just to watch those Apple streams)

Also about the phone sizes in general: ever since the S4 came out I've been wondering where the line is between 'yey bigger screen' and impracticality. I mean, shouldn't a phone actually fit in a pocket and be used in situations away from home?

I agree. If we wanted an iPad, we would get an iPad. I just need a great phone with a small screen, It would be great if they build other phones with S3's size. It's the normal size for a touch phone.
