Going to be starting my own RP server in a few months time, and was wondering, what makes a good RP server for you?

I know the basics:
Good Script
Good Admins
Good Players
and the likes

But what kind of special features, or anything else, make you stick with one?

Realistic , Roleplayers always look for realistic servers .You could add unique features to it to make it look real .That's What makes me play on a roleplay server and also add unique jobs.
