nгo estб carregando a include streamer.
Veja se ela estб na pasta plugins, veja se seu vps й linux e coloque streamer.so na linha plugins do server.cfg, caso for windows coloque .dll

Veja s o plugin estб realmente dentro da pasta e se a pasta estб com nome 'plugins'..veja tbm se estб atualizado

Execute este comando, abra seu servidor novamente e me diga se o erro ainda continua:
chcon -t texrel_shlib_t streamer.so
