You are missing an include. Check your pawno/includes folder if it's not there add it.

It's include written by script author, it's not available to download it from anywhere. You need to contact him and please him to send this thing to you - HBG_SAMP.inc

this is mean that you missing the include file you need to download it or put the include file in the include filder
