Changing timecyc won't apply - Printable Version

Changing timecyc won't apply - Cleed - 04.09.2014

So after I've re-installed my GTA everytime I try to change my timecyc via replacing the timecyc files in data folder.

But after I do it and come In-Game the changes isn't applying and the timecyc staying the same!

Any help please?
