Add the showplayertextdraw under the OnPlayerConnect section

Are you sure you're from England?
OT: Use a textdraw editor like iTD (By iPLEOMAX),
Make 10 squares and just script 1 square = 10 HP
10 x 10 = 100, full HP. Same thing with armour.
