Maybe you banned 127.0.0.1 which is your local IP, If you are hosting it, It may be your IP banned or, You did ban the ISP.

You can unban yourself, depends how does your registration system works, which one do you use, and do you have a place to check or change banned users?

do you host it on you local computer or an external server?
on an external server > try restarting you router
