TextDrawSetPreviewRot() issue - Pottus - 31.08.2014
This bug happens to certain players as far as I can tell it is a gta_sa.exe version issue most likely. What happens is on occasion a player will have improper rotation after using TextDrawSetPreviewRot().
Bugged client.
Proper client.

Confirmed, it happened on my server a few months ago. Usually it happens if a player has modifications.
