Is it posible to open a Link to a browser for the player?
For example:
I write /forum and he will be conntected to my forum in his standart browser.

Nope, but that's pretty much what the 'weburl' configuration directive is for - easy access to the servers website.

Yes, as stated, it is not possible and never will be.
It would be way to large of a vulnerability if server scripters had the ability to force open any web link they wanted to.
