So the wiki page indicates that BlueG's MySQL is the most used one, and I heard it has multi-threaded callbacks, but I just need a confirmation from some1 who uses a MySQL database for his server

BlueG's one is the best. But use the latest version which is developed by maddinat0r (R39-2). Use this one

Sure, You can find links, I told you that it's not very good to keep always updated with new MySQL, They may not work for you.
