libmysql.dll is missing - Chloride - 28.08.2014

Hi everyone!
In the last several days I have been trying to work on an unique gamemode but there's a small problem.
Everytime I click on SAMP-SERVER an error occurs and that's quite annoying.
It always says that libmysql.dll is missing in your computer, so how can I solve it?

If your using vps, which operating system your using ?
or
If your server hosted in a hosting company, tell them to install libmysql.dll

It's on my localhost server, and I'm using Windows 7.

download this http://files.g-stylezzz.com/libmySQL.dll

and put it on C:\Windows\System32
and on C:\Windows\SysWOW64

then start server

if your using 64bit
then upload it here:- C:\Windows\SysWOW64

and if your using 32bit

upload here C:\Windows\System32

or simply place in the same folder as your samp-server.exe
