Or you have put a code out of a function.
Like:

You should really change to another editor. Maybe notepad++ or sublime text.
Pawno isn't good for scripts more than 10,000 lines.

oh i know! your file is not being included!?
i think im new here, but not new to the internet.
make sure the file being included is spelled correct, just to be save the means case sensitive
