If you use Windows..
Press here: http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03z_svr_R1_win32.zip
If you use Linux..
Press here: http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03zsvr_R1.tar.gz
Open the .rar file and copy these files: "announce" , "samp-npc" , "samp-server".. Then replace them with those files in your server's folder..Open the samp-server and you are done!

i open samp-server and i open in Programs Samp 3.0Z i Get Server Retry

i Fix it To i Deleited The [announce] And [samp-npc] And [samp-server]
And Paste A New [announce] And [samp-npc] And [samp-server] Thanx, Guys
