Can you give me the best mapeditor ingame (works perfect becz I lost my old map)

JernejL's is the best IMO, but if you must use one in-game, I'd use MTA.
Though, a recommendation is that if you're mapping/placing vehicles, don't use MTA or any map editor, use /save in-game! Vehicle mapping always ends up more precise when done in-game with actual vehicles in perspective.
